Shipping/ Handling

We offer FREE air delivery to any destination in the world. Land shipping is possible in case of large orders, but keep in mind that it takes much longer for your items to reach you. No any handling fees. The items are shipped in boxes or padded envelopes, maximum five items per one package.

We airship items next business day after your payment is received and approved. Delivery to North America, Asia and Australia takes about 15 business days, to Western Europe – about 8-10 business days. All orders are shipped from Europe, it explains the time required for the order fulfillment. We have no opportunity to provide order tracking numbers at this point in time, sorry. You will send you a shipping notification once your order is in the mail.

Lost Package/ Not delivered

If you have not received your package within the period stipulated above (15-17 business days), please confirm your address with us. We will re-ship lost packages or packages that have not been delivered, or stolen from delivery locations.

In case you are not happy with the item (received not as described or damaged) you to choose: refund or reshipment. You DO NOT need to ship the item back to us.
