The Forever Low-Rider
It goes without saying that every woman loves to feel feminine. Most of us want to be comfortable as well as feminine and when it comes to lingerie the combination of beauty and comfort is a MUST! For women who are pregnant the situation is a bit more complicated. First of all maternity underwear has to be comfortable. This need for comfort is much more important than looks. While it is great to feel comfortable in over-sized maternity underwear, the feminine feeling associated with normal undergarments that boast of soft materials and even a little lace is sorely missed during pregnancy. In my mother’s generation for example, pregnant women hid under flannel and cotton; they were reminded by their undergarments that once they assumed the role of motherhood. Comfort often supersedes looks and finding maternity undergarments that have the perfect combination of comfort and style seems nearly impossible—at least until now.
