Your lingerie should be looked after with great love and delicacy because if you take good care of your lingerie, it will take great care of you in return! Here I will talk about caring for your underwear and especially for satin lingerie models (as we all know satin is rather delicate fabric and needs special care).

Caring for satin lingerie models
How to wash satin lingerie models depends on what the satin is made of. Satin is a cloth that typically has a glossy smooth surface and a dull back. It can be made of a few types of fibers, the most common of which are silk and polyester. If your lingerie is polyester, you can wash it by your machine. If it is silk, then you’d better having it dry cleaned, though some types of silk are washable, but you’d better be on the safe side and know for sure that your lingerie won’t be spoiled. However, before washing you should always consult the care instructions on the garment. If you have lost instructions and now don’t know for sure what your satin lingerie models are made of, you can take them to good cleaners and ask them what fiber is it.

Need special care
As you can see, if you have satin lingerie models, you should remember that this type of lingerie needs some special care. First of all you should wash your lingerie immediately after wearing. Your lingerie is very close to your body, so you should wash it as soon as possible in order to maintain the fabric. The fibers of the fabrics will last longer and your items will keep their shape, color and elasticity if you care for them as soon as possible. Also before washing you should prepare your items: fasten the hooks on the bras, remove anything from the garments that is not washable, for instance, buttons or clips (if they are removable).

Washing of satin lingerie models
If your satin lingerie models are suitable for washing, then you can use machine-washing. Still hand washing is more preferable. Then you will be able to preserve fabric completely. If the idea of actually using your hands while washing is horrible, wash in a washing machine at a delicate cycle. Do not use hot water to wash your lingerie. It is better to use lukewarm water (for both handwashing and machine wash gentle cycle). Use a lingerie bag or washing bag for your bra and lingerie, so it won’t get caught or pulled during the cycle.

After washing
After washing don’t rub or wring out your satin lingerie models. Otherwise, you will spoil them. Air dry your items, don’t use a dryer because it is too harsh and rough to delicate satin lingerie items. Hang dry or dry flat, on a clothes horse, coat hanger or special drying rack. If you follow these simple tips, you will prolong a life span of your satin lingerie models.
