Do you know that the overwhelming majority of American women, 90 per cent to be exact, wear a bra daily? At the same time when they are asked why they cannot find the reason for it or just do it for aesthetical motive. It has been considered for several centuries that going without a bra is inappropriate for social rules.
According to scientists, while we take wearing a bra for granted, our breasts are not actually meant for bras. And they have some evidence to prove there are actually some health reasons for not wearing bras.

First of all, lots of women wear the wrong size of a bra that can cause something more serious than just discomfort and shoulder and back pains. The experts say that if you feel tightness and constant discomfort or you have noticed red marks on the skin after wearing a bra during a day, the least thing you can do is to purchase a well-fitting bra but the best of all is to avoid wearing it as much as it is possible. That is quite simple, just do not wear it at home, while strolling and doing sports.
What is more, scientists have proved that wearing a bra constantly leads to breast cancer. According to the scientists, women who wore a bra 24 hours a day had a 113-fold increase in breast cancer incidence compared to women who wore bra less than 12 hours daily. The reason is bra exerts pressure to the bust line causing toxins and other waste material to remain in the breasts instead of being flushed out.

And the last but not the least, many women think it is dangerous to go without a bra. Full-breasted women believe that a bra keeps their breasts from sagging. I am sorry to disappoint you but that is a myth. So, think twice and make the right choice.
