Large breasts: pluses and minuses

Big breast lingerie: can it be attractive and sexual?Large breasts were always considered to be sexual and attracting men’s attention. Accordingly, there are so many women who’d like to enlarge their bust. They do plastic surgery, eat special foods or try to make their bust bigger visually. However, these women don’t realize is that women who do have big breasts – (that is DD or DDD cup size or bigger) - can experience problems the main cause of which is their large bust.
First of all, if a woman is large-breasted, this means heaviness and back pains. Usually females who have large bust are overweight which can also add some problems with their health. Many women get painful grooves from bra straps on their shoulders (that is certainly is not pleasant at all). Secondly, some large-breasted women claim that their “attractive forms” are not very convenient in daily lives (their breasts are always on their ways when they want to reach for things). Very often women complain that they get unwanted attention from males. The fact in reality creates undesirable stereotypes and ill-treatment.

The problem of finding fitting clothing

And one more problem is finding fitting clothing or clothing that looks good. The crux of the matter is that some items of clothing are not suitable for females who are not content with their forms. They have to look for some special models in order to de-emphasize their bust. They usually use items that don’t draw attention to the chest area, don’t have pockets or large patterns at the bust. They also don’t wear clingy tops, clingy t-shirts or high waisted pants that draw attention to the bust line. They try to avoid tight pants, tight jeans and pencil skirts (small and tight bottom emphasizes the top). Large-breasted women tend to wear A-line skirts, skirts and pants with patterns and prints.

Choosing special lingerie

The next issue large-breasted women face is choosing special lingerie. Although big breast lingerie is getting more and more common, some years ago it was really a problem to find a suitable bra which not only truly fitting, but also sexual and nice. As the matter of the fact, mass production was oriented on females with average breasts. Today the situation is improved: the production of big breast lingerie go forward at a steady gait. That is why every woman can feel sexual, beautiful, splendid and beloved!

Some tips on how to measure bra sizeWhat you should remember choosing your lingerie

Not only does every woman feel craving for looking beautiful but also she desires to enjoy some comfort while wearing her lingerie. So you should never be in a hurry choosing your future bra. You shouldn’t grab lingerie off the sales rack (no matter how cheap it is) without even trying it on. Otherwise, you will discover later on that your lingerie doesn’t feel right, or doesn’t look very good under clothing. Remember that your lingerie apart from being beautiful should be well-constructed because it supports and enhances the body; it is something you are wearing next to your skin. Almost your second skin! Is it worth buying if this “second skin” is not comfortable at all?

Need the right size?

The hardest part while choosing your lingerie is to get something that will fit you well. The models vary in fabric, style and size so it’s up to you to decide what to buy. I just want to give you some tips how to choose your right size as it is the first step to your comfort and beauty. There are a lot of factors that can affect your bust measurements, for example, pregnancy, exercise, birth control pills or weight fluctuations. The average woman wears six different bra sizes throughout her life. Accordingly, you should know how to measurer bra size.

Some tips on how to measure bra size

First of all, you should measure for band size. Keeping the measuring tape parallel with the ground, measure around your bra directly under your bust after expelling all air from your lungs (this measurement should be as small as possible). Round all fractional measurements to the nearest whole number. If the measurement is even, add 4″, if the measurement is odd, add 5″.

Secondly, you are to measure for cup size. Standing straight, with your arms at your side, measure at the fullest part of your bust (while wearing a non-padded bra) making sure the measuring tape is parallel with the ground and not binding. Round all fractional measurements to the nearest whole number.

And finally, you are to calculate your bra size. Subtract your band measurement from your cup measurement. Generally, for each inch in difference, the cup goes up by one size.

An example for you

Just to settle an example.

1) 34″ under measurement +4″ = 38″ band

2) 40″ over measurement

3) 40″ - 38″ = 2″ or Cup “B”

Your size would be 38B

You also should remember that this measuring system tends to become less accurate when the cup sizes go above a D. That is why some manufacturers name larger cup sizes differently. Have a right choice!

What Everybody Should Know About History Of Ladies Underwear

Saturday, April 12th, 2008

Teddy lingerieThe History of ladies Underwear

It’s worth admitting at once that underwear, as well as clothes, is self-determined reflection of certain epoch and trend.

Slowly but steadily the forerunner of underwear – long shirts- came from Middle Ages to our times. The main process of lingerie evolution can be dated back to the 19th century when the constant values changing took place: corsets went away to give the place for hoop skirts. Such skirts were used to support 5-6 m long women dresses which were in fashion at those times. In spite the fact of ladies’ underwear novelties shirts determined fashion tendencies.

Embroidery, which introduced a certain luxury and distinction to underwear, was considered to be a sort of democracy. And there were no boundaries to fantasy – they began to knit, to decorate with fine laces, to use tapes. The turning point was the time when first stockings suspenders appeared. It’s interesting to notice that first suspenders were fixed to the front part of a corset. The special belts (as we may observe them now) appeared. The fact is that a responsible lady of the 20th century had to wear somewhat 3 kilos of underwear which included pants, shirts and skirts. Besides these all it was necessary to wear a corset to make the figure look slimmer and more graceful. The first and the second under-skirts were obligations.

As the cold season came war underwear occupied its place in the closet. So decisive measures to take off extra kilos had to be taken. The struggle for women underwear simplification, for slight cut was inevitable. Unfortunately in the very beginning these steps, though having been taken properly, failed. However the great novelty, which was welcomed by women, had become more or less common shadowgraph. The new image presented a woman with flat belly and bulb buttocks. The accent made on the breasts was a novelty as well. This effect however was achieved with the help of moulage or at least silk pillows.

The main novelty of the 20t century is that the low part of the shadowgraph gained straight lines. To buy lingerie in the 20th century you had to attend all the shows where the women with too long body- without waist, thighs and buttocks displayed the whole loveliness and charm of the latest models. And the main point to buy lingerie in the previous century was to be aware of the optimal variant – whalebone corset with the very long sticks.

These are the simplest examples of the tendencies’ changing in the history of ladies underwear
