National Underwear Day
Monday, December 25th, 2006Underwear is not just the topic for every day discussion. Of course, without taking into account all those people who produce and sell it.
And of course it is really impossible to see a person demonstrating their lingerie, except famous models. But they do it just as we do our job.

The reasons for people not to show the lingerie they have under their clothes are different. The most ponderable of that is the mentality, which does not allow us to tell something about lingerie we wear and of course we can not show it.
Today everything has changed. A lot of women now find it rather stylish to leave some buttons undone so all the men around can see the lingerie they wear. Less and less young girls become embarrass when somebody sees their pants looking out of their jeans.
Now lingerie is not something invisible.
According to the latest survey only citizens of the United States of America spend 12 – 13 million dollars on lingerie.
That is why they decided that they have to pay more attention to the lingerie they wear.
In august 2003 in New York the first National Underwear Day was held. 20 models – both men and women – walked out the streets holding National Underwear Day placards and questioning lists. They walked down the street asking people whether they support the idea of the National Underwear Day and what lingerie people they asked preferred.
Besides they asked to join their movement. Those who were not courage enough to take all the clothes off were asked just to show at least some centimeters of the lingerie they were in.
The result was stunning. A lot of people from all the districts and streets joined the movement.
The organizers of the National Underwear Day did not expect the success they achieved.
Next year they decided to repeat the movement. They even wrote some letters to the Government asking to legalize this day as the National Underwear Day.
The movement seized all the United States and crossed the frontiers. Soon a lot of people joined the movement.
They encourage other people to join them, they wasn’t other people to free to talk about lingerie and to show it to other people.
Having collected 500.00 signatures the organizers of the movement converted the Underwear movement into the National Underwear Day.
Having asked about 7.000 people during the Underwear day its leaders worked out some data, concerning lingerie preferences.
