The history of Cadolle lingerie goes back to the end of the 19th century. The point of departure was desire of Herminie to set up a business. Difficulties and hard work did not frighten her. As the majority of French fashion lingerie brands, Cadolle initially designed traditional corsets. Herminie began the career at one of the Exhibitions in Paris where she presented a new invention – a corset cut into two pieces. Then she invented the first bra, patented the idea and introduces the novelty in the world of fashion. In fact, the idea did not gain popularity at first, it resulted too revolutionary for that epoch. Only years later it took off and turned into a must have for every fashion lover.

Nowadays women come to Cadolle if they are not satisfied with the way their breasts look. Some of them want to change the shape, others to add seductive look, or to find a bra that give good support. But when they come to Cadolle they find all these traits in every item. Every bra designed by Cadolle is comfortable, supportive, sexy, first rate quality, seductive, sophisticated and so on and so forth. This list has no ending.

According to Cadolle herself, her aim was to prevent sagging that appears when the bust bounces, which happens due to poor supportive function of straps. What can be better than a blend of healthy trend with a perfect sense of style?

Now Cadolle designs a vast range of lingerie types. Sexy bra sets, exquisite bustiers, sophisticated corsets, stylish babydolls and many other unique items are presented by the French fashion brand.

Now fashion experts associate Cadolle with Houte Couture, which proves uniqueness and significance of the brand on the world scale. Their concept is “There are no two women the same…”

It is good to follow fashion trends. They allow us to feel independent, stylish and self-confident. But those who place their health first, which especially refers to active women and those who do sports on a professional stage, have another point of view. What they need is not ruching or exquisite silk inserts, but quality materials that are perfect to skin, comfortable and good for health.
Some time ago there was a Paris Trade Fair where some gorgeous innovations in the underwear industry were revealed. The ideas were picked up by organizers of the Paris Lingerie Show that immediately introduced into production some innovations.

The first change concerns bras – now there is a bra that pumps up and down with the temperature of your body. What is more, the bra can smooth out ageing cleavages that appear while a woman sleeps. The bra was developed by Dutch designers from Decollete.
So far there is both positive and negative reaction to the innovation. Some women say that will never wear an anti-wrinkle bra due to their husband’s reaction, while others have already taken the idea into account.

Another idea, that is similar to the previous one, belongs to Slovenian designers of Lisca company. They worked out a brassiere with foam cups that can expand with body heat if a woman flirts or works out.
As far as materials are concerned, in Paris there was unveiled a line of French lingerie that is based on a new fabric made of milk proteins. The fabric that contains amino aids is aimed at skin hydrating. By touch the material is as soft as silk.

At the show were presented in all over 20,000 underwear types from over 100 countries. No doubt, high-tech technologies have influenced every branch of science and even fashion. Underwear seems to be the last industry where such innovations were introduced. But now they function effectively and favor healthy lifestyle.

Yesterday I tried to remember the names of the most famous brands producing men’s underwear. Well, on the one hand, the list is not as large as a list of women’s brands. The thing is among criteria for men’s underwear are comfort, classic style, good quality and that seems to be all. Women’s underwear results a much more complex concept. Anyway the choice of men’s intimate apparel is still really good. Today I would like to present you and give a short description of the most renowned manufacturers of men’s underwear.

• Calvin Klein. Since its very creation, the brand has been on the pick of popularity. And not without a reason. The company offers their clients comfort, support and style. Their collections are revolutionary – bold designs and vivid colors add a zest to every item.

• Hugo Boss is another famous name perfectly known to every man who appreciates style and quality. Hugo Boss underwear is both trendy and simple, so it is the best option to feel confident yet comfortable.

• Tommy Hilfiger. The brand manufactures classic underwear for men. The greatest advantage of the brand is aesthetic look and incredible diversity, so everybody is sure to find an item according to his taste and preferences.

• Hanes. I cannot but mentioning Hanes that is considered a leading brand of intimate apparel for men throughout the United States. The company is also known for bold experiments with styles, shapes and colors. They regularly investigate the market so as to design underwear according to clients’ wishes.

• Polo Ralph Lauren underwear is also included in the list of the leading brands. The reason for it is attention to material – soft cotton allows skin to breath, an elastic waistband and other innovations make Polo Ralph Lauren a choice of multiple Americans.
